Got questions.We've got answers.

Everything you need to know about Rinse+, the system, and how it works.

How do I use Rinse+? +

Two ways, depending on how dirty it is.

The Maintenance Wash β€” under twenty minutes. Pre-Wash goes on, then Snow Foam straight over the top, no rinse in between. Rinse it all off and dry it down. No mitt. Nothing touches the paint.

The Full Wash β€” under thirty minutes. Pre-Wash and rinse, then a fresh coat of Snow Foam, then wash it down with a mitt using the foam as your soap. Rinse and dry.

Most weeks you run the Maintenance Wash. Every few weeks, or after a bad stretch of road, you run the Full.

Most of that time is dwell β€” the foam doing the work while you stand there. Full walkthrough on our How It Works page.

Do I need a hose or pressure washer? +

No pressure washer. The cannon builds its own pressure β€” you pump it by hand.

Fill it from any water source. A tap, a bucket, a jerry can. It works anywhere you park: driveway, street, parking lot, apartment block.

You do need water to rinse. A hose is easiest, but any water supply will do it.

Do I need a wash mitt? +

For the Maintenance Wash, no. Nothing touches the paint. That's every kit, straight out of the box.

For the Full Wash, yes β€” you wash the car down with a mitt, using the Snow Foam as your soap.

Our wash mitt and drying towel land in August. Until then, any clean microfiber mitt does the job.

How many washes do I get per kit? +

8 to 10 on a car. 6 to 8 on a full-size truck or large SUV.

Each bottle is 16 oz, diluted 20:1. A truck takes more mix per wash than a sedan, which is why the range moves.

Either way that's around two months of washing before you reorder. And you only ever reorder liquid β€” the cannons don't wear out.

What is the dilution ratio? +

20:1 β€” twenty parts water to one part product. Same for both bottles.

The cannon is marked at 1L, 1.5L and 2L. Fill to 1L for a car, 1.5L for a full-size truck.

Then add the concentrate: 1.7 fl oz at the 1L mark, 2.5 fl oz at 1.5L.

Water first, then product. It mixes cleaner that way.

How does the refill subscription work? +

Two bottles β€” one Pre-Wash, one Snow Foam β€” every nine weeks.

$36 delivered, against $50 buying them separately. That's $14 back in your pocket every refill, shipping included.

Push a delivery back or cancel from any email we send. The cannons never need replacing, so liquid is the only thing you ever buy again.

Is it safe on ceramic coatings, PPF and wraps? +

Formulated to be gentle and safe on all paint finishes β€” ceramic coatings, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, matte finishes, existing wax and sealant layers. Safe on alloy wheels, plastic trim and glass too.

Will it work on my truck, RV or boat? +

Yes. Rinse+ works on any painted or coated surface β€” cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles, caravans. The V2 cannon covers large surface areas quickly. If it has paint, it works.

Is there a military discount? +

Yes. 15% for military, veterans, military families and first responders, verified through GovX ID.

All products, no minimum. One-time orders only, and it doesn't stack with other codes.

What is your returns policy? +

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at team@rinseplus.com with your order number and we'll process a full refund. No questions. No forms. No hassle.

Where is Rinse+ made? +

The liquids are formulated and filled in St. Louis, Missouri, and quality-controlled there before they ship out of our Indianapolis warehouse.

The cannon and bottles are manufactured overseas to our spec.

We'd rather tell you that than put a flag on the label and hope nobody asks.
